So it is rarely a matter of not knowing the difference, but rather, one of exercising your free will to violate your own rules, like a small child, testing the boundaries set by those in authority. In this case, you are the authority whose boundaries are being tested. You are the one who thinks, at some level, that it is possible to “slip one through” and get away with it. But in actuality, it is not possible to break your own laws and not reap the results of having done so. |
