p196 Many of you are “moody” and subject to unexpected fluctuations in the way you feel that have little or no relation to the circumstances of your life. Chances are, you are feeling the influence of the multiple layers of vibrational input being provided by the countless levels of reality in which you, in actuality, are present. As you come to understand the dynamics of how your feelings, your environment, and your choices merge within you and are reflected as life experience, you begin to become selective as to where and with whom you continue to interact.
