p113 Ultimately, you will realize that you have not been dreaming. For, you are no longer asleep. The unrealness of the sense of separating from the circumstances that taunt you and thwart your will begins to establish for you a sense of separation from the illusion that you considered to be your life. You are not this nightmare. And whether or not you wish to continue acting it out becomes a question of choice. You have been given a split second glimpse of your own sacred essence as separate from “all that”—safe in the silence at the center of the cyclone—so that that choice might be identified as an option that can be acted upon at will.
