transcending the spiritual dogmas of this reality.
A spiritual path tailored to every seeker.
| p277 | The key to one’s success or failure at any given technique has nothing whatsoever to do with the technique, but rather, with the energy of joyousness with which you approach it. When one approaches the practice of meditation, for example, with the underlying attitude that “this is a waste of time,” or “I’m not getting anywhere with this,” you are virtually guaranteed that result. When one surrenders to the process itself, regardless of the style of one’s practice, one has begun to lay a foundation for a wonderful experience. The expectation of a result has no place in any spiritual practice and is the greatest single obstacle to the realization of that result. When one is present, in the moment, in a state of heightened receptivity, one adds the essential ingredient to any spiritual practice. |
